Great Service and Support. I called an was able to get the wireless broadband service installed the next day. They helped me setup my wireless router and connect all my devices. I can now watch Netflix with no buffering, it is like watching regular cable tv now. I have also set up Go Creative Wireless broadband service at my business. Super fast and low latency.
We are in a remote area of Santa Paula. We have been using Go Creative for internet service for about 5 years. The service has been very reliable and with the exception of a few times in the five years, we have had no problems. The customer service when we did have a problem was prompt and courteous. If you live in a rural area where Go Creative can provide internet, it is far better than satellite!!
Fantastic customer service and service! I am not kidding. We have had this service since January and live in a remote location where other internet companies have limited service. I emailed support last night letting them know I was having slow speeds and connection issues right before I needed to log on for school and they addressed the problem within less than 10 minutes and solved the issue within 5 minutes. I am so happy we switched to Go Creative because I have to work from home after hours weekly and attend online schooling. I need reliable internet and we found it. Living in Wheeler Canyon in Santa Paula, CA, our only option before Go Creative Wireless was Satellite Internet Service which was horrible, slow, data caps. When Go Creative Wireless started offering service we signed up. Wow, super fast internet, unlimited data and they even set up a network that covers our whole 60 acre ranch. We run our surveillance cameras (Drop Cams) 24 hours a day so we can monitor the ranch when we are away. Thanks Roscoe for the excellent service and customer support!
We have been using Go Creative Wireless for about a year now, and I would say that our experience with them has been great. After the initial installation period, we have not had any serious issues with downtime. Our download and upload speeds rarely fluctuate up or down. The speeds we pay for are exactly what we get. The customer service is also very kind, responsive, and engaging. I would definitely recommend giving Go Creative Wireless an opportunity to provide you with internet services.
Our Business uses Go Creative Wireless Business Broadband Service. We previously used fios, but we were having not only connectivity issues but also having our network throttled down for “excessive use of data”. Since switching over to Go Creative Wireless we have had no issues with our dedicated wireless broadband service. Super fast and Stable!
